3. Service Overview
OpenL is an AI-powered translation software that supports more than 100 languages, including English, Chinese, Japanese, Arabic, French, German, Hebrew, and Indonesian, making it ideal for professional translations. It utilizes AI and machine learning for accurate translations and provides content creation assistance, grammar correction and language learning features.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to access or use the Service. If you are under 13, you may not access or use the Service.
5. Your Account
To access certain features and functions of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. When you register for an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself. You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs in your account.
You must keep your account password secure. You must notify OpenL immediately if you learn of any unauthorized use of your account. You may not register for an account on behalf of someone else unless you are legally authorized to do so.
6. Fees and Purchase Terms
OpenL provides a limited number of free trial credits everyday for non-subscribers. To obtain additional credits beyond the free trial credits, you must purchase a subscription plan. All fees are stated in the Service and on our website. By providing a payment method, you (i) represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provided and that any payment information you provide is true and accurate; (ii) authorize us to charge you for the plan you select and any related taxes and charges; and (iii) authorize us to charge you for paid features and enhancements you choose to use through the Service.
We may change our fees and payment policies for the Service by posting updated information on our website or the Service.
7. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide refunds due to our high GPU processing costs, so please fully evaluate the Service before subscribing.
8. Your Use of the Service
You must use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must comply with all applicable laws when using the Service. You agree not to upload or transmit any communications or content that may infringe on a third party's intellectual property rights.

11. Limitation of Liability
WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY LOST PROFITS OR CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INDIRECT, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES RELATING TO, ARISING OUT OF, OR IN ANY WAY IN CONNECTION WITH OUR TERMS, US, OR THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT OF FEES YOU'VE PAID TO US OVER THE PREVIOUS 12 MONTHS, AND (B) $100. THE FOREGOING DISCLAIMER OF CERTAIN DAMAGES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY WILL APPLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide you notice through the Service or by other means so that you may review the changes before continuing to use the Service. Using the Service after any changes become effective will constitute your agreement to the revised Terms.
